Is there a way to lower the delay? Does having more dex lower it any?

There isn't anything you can do legally to reduce the delay between skill use. It is a set delay time that is not effected by skill or stat levels. It would be nice that if you have music and the bard skill being use both over GM there would be a reduction in wait time.

Yes there would, something like faster casting. Now the delay sucks. I have 480 skill points tied to barding.
