Defensive questions?

I recently made a bushido archer nd love the added bebefit of lightning strike and perfection, so I decided that I wanted to add bushido to my fencer. In order to do this I removed my resist and added bushido. My current template looks like the following(only 700 skill cap):

Anat 100
Heal 100
Tact 100
Bush 90
Chiv 85
Parry 110
Fenc 115

Im planning on making some adjustments but that will require some PS which I need to start saving for.
I went to Destard to fight a few dragons and I'm having some trouble. My question is, which bushido spells to cast and when. Im only used to LS so all the others are kinda new to me. I've read up on what each does but I'm still not sure of the timing. I know the best is to practice but I just want to make sure Im headed in the right direction. Thanks for the input.

Against dragons, cast evade early in the fight so you can dodge most of their attacks, by the time your stance ends, the dragon should be near death. During the evasion stance you should be casting LS.
When the stance ends, if your stam or life has taken 20-30 damage, you should cast confidence. You should be able to heal that up though, so instead you should go into counter-attack stance and keep casting LS.

If you've honored the dragon and have a slayer, you should be able to kill it within your evasion stance.
That goes for most crits of that size.

Anyhoo, evasion is always good to cast early in a fight so that; you can have it ready to cast again during the same fight, or available immediately after when you move to another target.

MMmmm dont forget to honor

Evasion is also good to use when you need a few moments to heal or let your regens/leeches do their thing, as well as during the opening moments of a fight. Then again that doesn't really apply to Dragons. Unfortunately they are so underpowered now, one person can take on a bunch of them at a time.
