i found this nicely concise statement from bleak about warrior gifts and Damage Increase (DI)
"You will not see this bonus in the character status gump. The damage bonus provided from Warriors Gifts is not calculated under Weapon Damage Increase which is capped at 100% but is calculated in the total damage calculation which is capped at 300%."
However, i am curious about DCI, and its cap in conjunction with warrior gift of +5. Is the max still 45? So if my equipment is 45, the warrior gift of +5 DCI is worthless for me? Granted it might be helpful when I get hit with a HLD attack.
And isn't there an extra 'perk' of wearing plate and how it combines into the 45 DCI cap? or maybe i am confused with LMC....
And this same question could be asked about HCI also.. and the +5 warrior gift of HCI, does that go over the 45 cap?
I don't even want to talk about refinements which will confuse me further
If there are already posts on this, please guide me there.....
Any explanations would help, thanks.
