Is there much of a market for the Baja armor set pieces? I know that the shield is shard bound so assuming the others are as well.

The suit is all shard bond witch hunts the vaule unless your on that shard. If it was not shard bond I would say 350 low end but need to find collector there so maybe 150

Who owns it You might try Gen Chat during peak hours but alls it is good for is display. Try the Baja shard on the real forum try to shout out to Wild Star, Amber Witch, James, anybody that is a member of the royal guard.
