Decorative Items from Primeval Lich?

Does anyone know how you actually get these? I had my thief there during the spawn and the banana trees spawned but I couldnt get them. Any help would be great.

Are there any clues to the lever puzzle? I have never received a solution book from the boss.

The deco items are very nice. The Lava, rocks etc.

I’ve got the solution book several times as a „thank you“ when you free the prisoner on the pillory.

The monsters from the spawn drop clues to match up with the named graves that spawn around the area. When you match them up you get a clue to the lever puzzle.
