It could be:

The Herbalist's Mirror of Hermetics
or
A Luxurious Gem Encrusted Wash Basin Belonging to a Noble Family
or
Miniature Well of Souls
or
Soul Sepulcher

All of which are EM Event reward drops and based off of the single tile soulforge that drops from Scalis. No way to know without an item ID or an item title.

And what "grid effect" are you referring to? The only thing I see in that screenshot is the item in question, the pedestal/presentation stone it's sitting on, and the floor tiles beneath it.

Looks like Wind Azul dyed stone pavers?

Still, very difficult to say for sure without a Hue ID. When you cursor over them, they should say what they are - "paver" or "carpet" or "cloth", etc.

You can get the Hue ID either by using a House Decorator Tool or by using the Menu Action button "Hue ID" in the EC client.

Once you have the Hue ID, you can search the Stratics Wiki Hue List for the color. (For the record, Wind Azul is Hue ID 2741.)
