[Discussion] dbl Excep. Instruments

I recently acquired a double exceptional tambourine, I got ballsy/bored and double clicked it. Music plays, I gain musicianship skill, etc etc. the uses at 520 don't go down though. Is this normal for dbl exceptional instruments or is this one bugged, just out of curioisity. Thank you!

Instruments dont go down when double clicked... However they will go down when you specifically toggle a bard skill such as Peacemaking, disco, provo. They also go down when you use the masteries.
