Dbl click on mousewheel not longer working... can anyone help?

Hey there!
Since I had to reinstall uo 2d client on windows 7 (32 bit) the dbl click on my mouse wheel is not longer working ingame. In windows it´s still ok.
Any suggestons how to solve this problem?

generelly the 2d client cannot register mousewheel, unless you program your mouse software to forward the function to something 2d can use.

or do it in assist
