taken from one of the zombie lord brothers during the Day of the Dead event on napa 99 or 2000

I think general rule of thumb is that any old seer item goes for at least 100 mil with some fetching far more. Since this item was spawned on multiple-shards, I'd value it at anywhere between 100-300? You probably want to get more opinions though, since they don't come up for sale very often.

I had the skyfire mace and mace of the undead on Chessy at one time...sold Skyfire to Gwy and gave the mace to pug. Wish I had held onto them now for sentimental value. I'm sure the bow will fetch around 150m.
