Damage problem

When I farmed minax artifacts today I noticed I do too low damage.
My character base damage is 64-80 and I used to do 192-240 to masters. Today I did 172-215 damage only. It's 268.75% instead of 300%.
I have 100% bonus from perfection and 82% bonus from EOO. Adding 16% from CW didn't change my damage.

I do 172-215 damage to Wizards and Assassins. I do 192-240 to other masters I killed today.

I experienced something similar.. on the barracoon over the weekend..
I wonder if something subtle (or not so subtle in this case) has changed in this last patch we got..

There was another post regarding bards and mana to maintain spell songs.. Something is definitely different there too.
