Damage increase confusion (talismans and misc)

From my searching/understanding, if I have a slayer weapon and enemy of one, I am at the 300% damage increase(DI) cap. Correct?

I'm curious about how talismans interact with this if at all.

Specifically, you have a slayer talisman. Is it included in the 300% or not included? If I have a slayer talisman and slayer weapon, would that put me at the 300%?

Then you have a killer talisman(0-100%). I thought I read this is included in the 300%. Correct?

I'm currently trying to shop my armor and weapons for my PvMer and don't want to get too fixed on damage increase or finding slayers if I don't need to. Mainly looking into dragon, elemental, and demon slaying:coco:

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Besides that ....
- slayer property: 100% di
- eoo: 50% di
With two fitting slayer types on a weapon and a talisman you would be at 200% di (undead + mage slayer for example on Liches). If you can get another 100% di by other ways (as properties on weapons and other equippment) you wouldnt need to use eoo any longer (and not having the backdraw of getting additional damage from wrong monsters at mixed spawns).
From what I nkow, the perfection bonus for di also counts into the 300% di-cap.
