I started a trial account 7 days ago. I have never played uo before now. I decided to buy the game yesterday. The account upgrade was difficult to get in because "your connection was reset" for hours. I finally get to enter the upgrade code. The code is invalid. I bought the code from EA's webstore.
Contacting customer service was very cumbersome. The phone support does not seem to exist, although the recording says they are available from 9am to 9pm then hangs up.
I went to easupport website and told them about the code through their messaging system. The man says my code has not been used. So I try again. still says it is an invalid code. I message the man at support back to tell him. Each exchange between support and myself takes 24 hours. I have seven days left on the trial. I think at the rate customer support is able to get enough information from me to actually do anything for me the trial will be over.
Is there another way?
