Custom keep help

[Wing Zero Straight Edge]

Just obtained a custom keep today, I haven't really had a chance to play with it yet but is there anything I need to know?
Can you customise it numerous times or is it once per land placement?
Does it work like a regular custom with a moving box storing items when you go into customise mode?
Is there stuff I should remove before customising it? Gozers, walls, ect?

All deeded items, and anything on the first floor.

You can change the design once per day.

make sure you put mannequins with their outfits inside a bag.
If you convert with mannequins still up, it throws them into the moving crate.
you will then have to manually take them out one by one.
And in CC you won't be able to tell which one goes with what outfit, but in EC, they are pretty much together.

any pavers or wall pieces, carpet, or anything else that you have to double click to lock in place, has to be removed.
They can be placed inside a container, but not in place.
snow, grass or sand tiles can't be locked down.
no vendors, stewards,
& mannequins (not supposed to be customized with them in, but i did on a castle on Saturday, forgot they were still up)

I think you have 7 days to retrieve your items from the moving crate.
I don't suggest doing that.
If you have a jewelry box, I suggest pulling that out first thing.
when its not locked down, it counts as the items inside, but secured, it counts as 1.

I put everything in one room, securing them as I take them out.
With the new feature, relocate container, its easy to move it to the area you want to place it.
you can chose this feature and then run to the room/area you want it.
then target the area you want to place it.
then secure it in that area.

As long as you don't open doors, you can move the container from one floor to another,
as long as you can see the spot you wish to place it.

Be careful to : relocate containers !

They do not stay be locked automatically if you use the option and you move them. So make sure that you lock them again after placing at the place you wish if you don't want so see an important container goes on never good bye to you
