Custom Icons help

For the life of me i cant get any of the custom icons to show up! Tried everything, I'm using the latest copper enhanced.
Could someone show me where the custom icons go , as well as the custom settings and icon loader. Would like to have the super slayer icons in copper enhanced.

Custom Settings is already in copper enhanced. Custom icon loader and the custom icon pack(s) you want go in CopperEnhanced/icons/custom/

Thnx for the help! I had it in the place like u said, so I deleted my copper dir and replaced it with a new one and tried again and it works now!Must have been a problem in there.
