Cursed arty bugged/rare?

I got a cursed arty kyrss. I forget what it is called. Anyway I then got another one and one had 15% poison resist and the other had 19% poison resist, I got a third at it was back to 15% poison resist. This ever happen to anyone else? If not does that make this kryss a new rare?

its maybe serpents fang or could be taskmaster. anyway it has random poison resist form 15-20.
not bugged.
