Curse question?

Not sure, but as i remember curse only lowered your resists if cast by another player. However, i was noticing that the mobs in terort skitas do this as well, so am i remembering incorrectly, was this changed, or is this just a halloween thing?

Before the halloween, the curse spell by mobs already lowered player’s resists. I cant remember when it started this effect.

I endorse this change, and recommend the same be applied to mass curse.
