Currently unable to demolish houses?

Or more likely I'm doing something wrong lol. I have a dirt patch right outside luna with random locked down carpets on which used to be upper floors and I can't reach. I feel kinda bad about letting an eyesore like that sit for another 90 days or so. Do I need to unlock all the gozas and carpet to demolish? The are no vendors or contracts left

did you make sure the moving crate is empty?

Should be able to demolish it even full of items. You could always try a resize and just leave it blank.

to unlock carpets that you can not reach try using telekinesis spell.

It would be best if you unlocked the carpets and axed the gozas. Sometimes they stay where the house was until a GM is called to remove them. Also, many times they will block the placement of a new house.

That was it exactly it I had a moving crate hidden somewhere. I didn't realize it then foolishly went into customize mode and turned it into a dirt patch. Thanks for the suggestions and a big thank you to Mesanna who actually happened to be on and assisted me. It was me not a game issue *blushes*
