I have been away for a few months and I have noticed that prices seem to have gone all over the place. If anyone has seen any of these items sold recently and remembers what they sold for, I would be very thankful for your info.

A "Deed to a large house with patio" - not a mini house deed

Singing Ball 25 to 50mill although I have seen go higher
A "Deed to a large house with patio" - not a mini house deed 2 to 4 mill
Cloak of Minax unsure myself but I think they have been selling int the 30 to 50 range lately?

true Coal armor pieces dependson the piece type, Excep Dbl Excep and makers mark but 1-3 mill per piece to the sky is the limit for a matched marked set

Just my opinions
