TnT has a vendor house in Yew called The Epicenter. Its the first house West of the Yew gate.

There are vendors at the Perilous Inquirer, 3rd house on the left out the Luna south gate.

Suggestion:
If every vendor house in the runebook locked a copy down on its front steps, we could have a network of vendors, all interlinked.
