Current Death Strike Template?

Hi,

I'm looking for advice/opinions on building a fun and survivable template with DS for pvp that will work well solo or in a group. I would also like information on suit/gear/stats and weapons that would work well with the template.

It looks like
Weapon 120
Tactics 100 or 60
Ninjutsu 120 (for animal form without failure)
Hiding 100
Stealth 100 or higher (relates to DS) damage.

5 skills must have... the rest either
Bushido
Resist or Parry

Better to have 30 MR for gear so no need focus.

Use human joat for free 20 med and 20 focus.
