Most years I couldn't get any of the rare pure white luna colored items (bell, card, statue...)
Last year I could my first one, and this year I was lucky enough to get two (both from trades). I did about 200 trades, so I am guessing its about 1 in 100. The glitter boxes are about 1 in 30 and the rare icy patch is about 1 in 200 (unless I got ripped off in a trade, there was a few 'odd, no gift on this one')
