Curiosity about Mugen

I read that siege and mugen are not like the others shards... Siege ok, is not like the others for its special ruleset, but mugen? I see nothing strange there... is the opposite of siege (all trammel rules XD)?

It's the asian version of Siege.

Hm... created a character. But no insurance. Fel ruleset in Malas.

But they have Trammel.
