Cu Didn't Bond

Hello, I have a cu that was in my stable for about a month, and it still isn't bonded. I might have forgotten to feed it when first put in the stable, but, not sure. Is there any other reason it wouldn't have bonded by now?

Yes. 120 on both. Would it not bond because maybe I forgot to feed it when I first purchased it?
