In the CC there is also Ctrl-Q and Ctrl-W to cycle through the last text messages you said. However in the CC it also remembers and colors which channel you posted it to. So for example if you say something in normal /say and then say something in gen chat you can always cycle between those two by just press Ctrl-Q. In EC however only the text is remembered. You cannot cycle automatically, you have to press Ctrl-Q, and then Home + "/c" for example, or press TAB until the channel you want is reached.
