How do you use the crystal to spawn the harbinger?

first off it has to be the gold color one. red and blue will not spawn harbinger.


that being said you click it and the gump pops up. self explan really.

are their any uses for the red ones other than deco?

i read something a while back about either the red or the blue crystal being needed in the rebuild magencia event, though i have no idea the latest on the rebuilding nor do i have an idea if these crystals will be needed.
