Is the portal on the ground? or raised up?
The only problem I have with mine is forgetting to tell it 'fel' when I'm on Siege

It can't be on ANYTHING, not even a goza mat. It has to be sitting on the floor.

Mines working, and it is sitting on a crate. Maybe you didn't set the access permissions correctly.

Mine are on goza mats elevated to about chest height and work fine on Lake Austin.

when mine is locked down anywhere on my first floor except way in the back of the house, it doesn't work and i have NO idea why. half my first floor is open-air nothing above it and it still won't work. locked down in back of house or 2nd/3rd/roof it works fine. no idea. and i've tested it on ground, raised up, on gozas, off gozas, nothing.

Mine was working fine until yesterday... It's sitting on top of a snow pile, but that's never been an issue before.

Permissions are not an issue.

If it's on a goza/pedistal it doesn't work for me. If it's on the floor, it works fine.

hmm interesting. Mine are sitting on a stone table. They work occaisionally, but more often than not they don't work.

Il hafta try putting em on the floor. BTW.. devs, thats a pretty narrow avenue for the bug.. cant imagine that one being hard to nail down.

Mine works for the house owners (one acct), but NOT the co-owners (other acct).

raising it up with a decorating tool makes it not work. I was bothered by this in my extra large castle. I solved it by raising 1 up and putting one on the ground below it that is hidden by other deco.
