Launches today!

I got this via mail and thought I'd share:

EVE Online: Crucible 1.5 is ready and waiting for deployment on March 13, 2012!
With Crucible 1.5 we continue to expand on the successful EVE Online: Crucible expansion, highly praised by our players, old and new alike. Most notable features of this expansion are the new EVE Launcher, new rookie ships and improvements to the user interface.
The new EVE Launcher changes the way of patching EVE Online and brings an easy and convenient method of updating EVE. While this launcher is already a big step ahead as it removes some ancient technology, we are determined to improve its functionality even more. Read more about the EVE Launcher in this and this devblog and on that EVElopedia page.
New rookie ships, completely remodelled and retextured, will allow new players (and podded veterans too!) to discover the wonders of New Eden in shiny and exciting ships. These new rookie ships are part of our ongoing efforts to upgrade our art assets and to stay the most beautiful MMO available. Read this devblog and watch this videoblog to discover the process behind our art improvements.
But we focus not only on large things like the EVE Launcher, we also listen intensly to numerous excellent player suggestions and improve EVE in many small, but important steps. The ‘Little Things‘ initiative strikes again and brings further improvements to gameplay and the user interface – not for the last time! We also introduce new DED sites, have an improved localization engine and a huge amount of bug fixes. The full patch notes are available here!
We hope that you will enjoy all these improvments and upgrades and that we will see you soon again in New Eden. Until then ... fly safe!
Best regards,
The EVE Community team
