The Eve before last, a group calling themselves 'THE CRIMSON PIRATES" went on an attacking spree thruout Sosaria.
Five members of the Crimson Pirates landed on the Northwest side of New Magencia as the Moon was cresting the horizon. The rest of the raiding team were hitting another part of Sosaria. As they sneaked ashore, they came across a "richly" looking gentleman who said he was headed to a place called the VIP Auction House. Looking this gentleman over, we decided to relieve him of his goods and gold, but before we could get to close, he scurried Southeast towards town.
Worried that this gentleman would alert the local residence, the raiding team of pirates headed towards town with double speed. Upon reaching their target, (the VIP Auction), the Pirates immediately stormed the building, grabbing whatever loot, gold, goods, and wenches they could, then commenced to set the building on fire followed by throwing explosive devices. This hit and run last but a few minutes.
They then proceeded towards the dock area. But before boarding their ship, they made a stop at the New Magencia Tavern. There, they took what they wanted, rousted the patrons, drank a few ales and again, burned the building, hoping to watch it turn to ashes. Off to another target as they boarded their Crimson ship.
The next raid target was the "PAXLAIR SUPPLY DEPOT". There they grabbed all the supplies, ale, and gold, the set the place on fire. Here, they watched as high flames could be seen for miles around. As they were about to depart, they spotted a ship anchored in the harbour. It was the "NICOLE". Arrr. The team stole the ship and took it for a joy ride and after getting drunk on stolen ale, ran the "NICOLE" aground, then torching it with flammables and explosive devices.
The last stop on their raiding excursion was the "SAVAGE" village. Here, they stormed the compound, killing every savage in sight, burning and torturing every savage around. This lasted for quite awhile. When the Village was totally destroyed, Capt'n Blackfoot went over to the dead Chief Shamman and picked up a "TRIBAL SPEAR AND MASK". He did this in order to present it to someone called "NIVA the Savage, in order to let her know that The "CRIMSON PIRATES" were there and that they intended to return unless the savages surrendered all their land and worth.
Prior to these attacks, the CRIMSON PIRATES attacked the Privateer Port of GOLDPORT, looking for Captain Norwind and company. Not finding them, the raiding party burned both of their ships while anchored in harbour as well as their main building that overlooked the harbour. This to is a warning to the Privateers that the Sosarian Seas are only big enough for one. (THE CRIMSON PIRATES). They then went looking for USN, but with no luck, departed to their home port, "CRIMSON BAY".
Two eves ago, the Crimosn Pirates also attacked the Home of Governor Winfield, as he sat making up the agenda for that nights Pax Meeting. Taking him by surprise, he did his best to defend the T-HOUSE in Pax Oku, but the hit & run tactics of the pirates were to fast for him. The pirates did manage to escape with a keg of fine ale. On their way out, the pirate raiding team torched the nearby PAXOKU LIBRARY, setting floors of books on fire.
ARRRRR. This here be "Cap'n Blackfoot" telling ye this here story and I just be say'n that ye all better hide your precious valuables, wenches , and ale, for the CRIMSON PIRATES ride the high seas of Sosaria in search of booty treasure and what ever the like'n's are. For we sail with no notice and have a say'n amoungst us crew..."we take no prisioners. So be fairly warned. WE MIGHT BE KNOCK'N AT YE DOOR NEXT....ARRRRRRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
