Crimson Dragon in Moonglow.

First time i have seen it. Is that Dragon soloable? Any hints to defeat that beast? No infos in Hunters Guide.

The Crimson Dragon is the "boss" of each invasion wave.
I don´t think it´s soloable, but then I don´t play a tamer (much)
Greater Dragons seem to be able to hold their own for a while, bu you still need more damage dealers to finish it in reasonable time. Apparently it´s loot isn´t good enough for it to be farmed *shrug*.

I strongly advise against using a greater dragon on it. It can drop their loyalty quite quickly and a number of people have lost their pets when they went wild and then were killed. It is possible, and some have done it, but you need to be very, very careful.

These are a major boss and all those I have seen killed have required a group effort and lots of rezing of players.

Same, all I've killed have been group efforts, mainly EV's being spammed at it. As a dexer I can hit it for 180+ on a LS crit with Perfection going, so I think that a few cross healing could do it fairly easily. Maybe 4?

I've heard that a pair of cross-healing dexxers can take one down.
Although the source of that claim is... specious...

Since it can chain up attacks that do significant damage, it;s pretty easy to die to one.
