its better to have more intensity bonus (30=max) coz with 29% exceptional bonus u will surely get exceptional item but intensity at 29 would rock so much !!

Oh yeah, I know. Just saying I wished Exceptional was 30 and regular Tailor was 29. Because let's face it... there's not much - if anything - that you can't craft 100% non-exc @ 120.

This is not a talismán for normal crafting but for runic made pvp stuff and that ****... well I would put my hand on fire that i've read somewhere that that ítems can go over 550 intensity exceptional made cap!! ^^¡ Aint I that brilliant?! I love it!!
