Crashing on recall?

I havent played in 2 months and before I never crashed on recall. Just logged in and patched and first time I recall I crash. Now I get some message of the client stopping and has to close. This is on Vista if that matters. Is this happening to everyone or is there a fix? Thanks.

this happens to me once in awhile. when i was on vista it happened a lot but i switched back to xp and it reduced the amount of timest that it happens. just depends I guess

I believe its when someone on your screen is moving items in their backpack that causes it. It happens to me once in a while. I am running WinXP.

Real pain when you forget about it in Luna

It's very common recalling OUT of Luna when somebody on your Luna screen is dragging something from backpack to bank or pack animal. Try running off screen a bit before you recall, or wait for the dragging to stop. Try using a gate instead of a recall.

Happens to me all time. Most of the time it's from people dragging things. I wish they would fix it.

That's the problem. Doesn't matter XP or Vista, it still crashes you.

i Noticed it on Vista alot more than on my XP pro crashes 20 to 1 over xp

That happens from time to time. The comment might be right on about someone moving items while you recall. I usually have it happen when I'm either recalling in to or out of luna.

Minimize UO window... 1,2,3... open and recall/gate.

It happens to me when doing Champs or anytime someone is basically in the same screen with me.

I've been doing bug reports every time it happens. Not that anyone pays any attention to them.

I thought the devs also mentioned awhile back that music files can also potentially cause client crashes. I'm not sure if that was fixed or not.

That's the problem. Doesn't matter XP or Vista, it still crashes you.

I run Vista never have a problem check your firewall settings
If all else fails ensure you wear a helmet

Not sure about that. My gaming computer has no music, mp3, or video files on it.
I bought it only for games period and use the old one to download anything else.

And you can't manipulate KR's music, and it crashes on recall. So it can't be that.
