I'm working with a
GM Carpenter
GM Arms Lore
Using woodworkers bench for 5% extra bonus
If I use a talisman with carpenter & exceptional bonus
Will my chances of getting higher resist's on each piece increase?

Your chances of making exceptional armor increases with what you list above which has higher resist than non-exceptional. I forget what the percent is somewhere in the 50s depending on what talisman.
