Crafting Luck Weapons

What options should I have selected when trying to make luck weapons?
Currently using Copper Runics, I just want to 150 luck that i can add spell channel to through imbue.
These are the settings I am using, is that correct or do I need to change them?

If you are using copper runics you dont need exalted artifice, you just need to be able to imbue the luck name, it should only cost 4 charges.
