Crafting Deadly Poison potion

Checking in to see if I am missing anything. Wastes a bunch of resources making these do to the success chance.

Starts with a success chance of 20%
Tali with an Alchemy Bonus 26% (best I could track down for now)
Hygieia's Amulet Alchemy Bonus 10%

That has me up to a 56% success rate.

Other than a lightly better Tali anything else out there to help increase the success rate? Alchemy is at 100.

Get yourself a master craftsman talisman ( Alchemy Bulk Orders – Ultima Online ) and probably a runed switch to re-charge it with when it runs out.

Just buy more nightshade. It's not too expensive. Just have to work up the amounts for sale on the NPC (if that still works) I haven't tried it in a few years because I got so much the last time
