Crafting Bokutos with 70 hit spell

I'm trying to craft bokutos with 70 lightning. Ive used over 75 oak runics and not rolled a single one with lightning or F.B. Ive seen people say they use ash runics, but they are fairly more expensive. Would the Ash save me more time and money in the long run?

Are you crafting or reforging? Reforging is the way to go if not.

Use ash saw for reforging.
