Do not be intimidated when considering crafting a Luck suit. This whole suit was way easier than trying to make a not perfect but OK Dex armor item. This thread will be longer than the time needed to make the suit.
Please read thru the original posts before Imbuing!

Before you actually begin crafting, you should download the document in the First post in this thread.
Crafting Elemental Weapons and Luck Suits with Max resists step-by-step

Notice he is concentrating on getting Maximum Resists.

I decided to craft a mage suit. for my Tamer/Mage. I do not have enough patience to do it the most effective way. I am not going to get 70 resists on my suit. Bunnies do like 1 damage, I do not need it.

You should use pieces with low Physical resists because when you Enhance with Spined Leather to get the extra 40 Luck, you will add 9 points to the physical resist of that piece.

Since this is a mage suit I am using a medable material, Leather. I am starting with the Leather suit first.

Like I said, I have very little patience with repetitive things. So I choose a piece like the helmet and make them until I pluck out 20 pieces with low physical resist. 2 or 3 is possible but I will use 4s and 5s because I lack patience. I have been able to get a good 150 Luck piece out of the 20 almost every time.

Once you have your bag of Pieces you go reforge them.

Here is the settings I use with a Horned Runic kit.

Reforge pieces until you have the 150 Luck piece you want to use.

Which 150 Luck Reforged pieces do I use to imbue?

Handy to have the imbuing calculator open to put the values on your suit into it.

The Luck property is 150 points. You have 500 total points to use.

You will get a random property besides Luck so that is what this thread is about.

500 - 150 is 350.

We have 350 points to use, most properties take 100 or more points to get to a beneficial amount.

Concentrating on a Mage Luck Suit still. We have Luck and another property.

You can imbue 5 things on your piece but because Luck is so expensive and you already have it and a random property, you will only be able to imbue 2 max things on and maybe a part of a third.

Note: On leather, the resists add to 35 if you have Exceptional and Arms Lore. Having Arms Lore gives you free resist points that do not count toward the 500. So if your resists add to more than 35 when reforged, you increased a resist.

Good second properties to appear for a Mage are:
Self Repair 0 points, it goes away when the item is imbued. IMO best to get.
+ Intel 4 is 55 points (rare chance to get this)
+ Mana 8 is 110 points (uncommon to get)
Mana Regen 50 per point (uncommon to get)
Lower Mana 8% 110 points (uncommon to get)
Lower Reagent Cost 20 is 100 points (uncommon to get)
A Resistance that increased (may or may not be something you want)

You have a keeper if the second property is any of these at any value.
MR is tricky tho. If you hit 3 MR that is 150 Points so you have only 200 points left so you can not max 2 more properties. You can reduce MR with imbuing.

The most you can get is: Luck and 3 other properties at Max. You will have a few points left but nothing to use them on.

Example:
Luck 150
LMC 8
LRC 20
Mana Increase 8

That adds up to 470 points. So 30 spare points.

Basically you had to hit one of those 3 things with the Luck to be able to add 2 more full intensity things.

What if a Resist is one of the things you get when reforging?
Whether that is good or bad depends on you needing more in that resist. Only resistances higher than the base amount the item had counts as extra imbuing points. But you have to pay for the total new resist no matter where it was before reforging. So going from 8 to 12 in cold costs an extra 60 points for those 4 points... So you kinda want it high since you have to pay for it all. You can reduce a resist that was increased to get some points back.

Resists are weighted differently. The total value is the cost.

Physical 5.3 points per % (you probably did not want this)
Fire 4 points per%
Cold, poison and Energy 4.6 points per %

A piece with 8 cold resist is 33 points

You can lower that resist if needed. But it counts as a imbue slot.

IMO resists are not good to roll when reforging. Because I do not need them for this encounter.

Other good second properties to roll when reforging:
Recall that 30 points we had spare when adding 3 maximum properties to an item.
Some of these fit in those 30 points.

Hit Chance increase 8 points per, rare to be over 4
Defense Chance Increase 7 points per, rare to be over 4
Enhance potions 4 points per Usually low.

IMO one of those three is the best non mage thing to roll with Luck. You can usually imbue three more properties at Max intensity!

Strength or Dex rare 13 points per
Casting Focus 40 points per.

Bad things to roll with Luck:
Increased Durability.... Toss it before it breeds!
Lower requirements .... Toss it before it breeds!
Element eater not too bad if 6 or less 36 points for 6
Damage eater 90 points for 6. Toss it!

Sometimes you get 3 properties when reforging, so use this info to judge the third property.

Some sample pieces I consider good.

1681097888841.png

1. Enhance Potions 2 is only 8 points, can get 3 full things added.
2. HCI 4 is 34 points can get 2 full things and most of a third.
3. Pretend the Luck is 150 WINNER WINNER Once you imbue, the self repair goes away and you have
the whole 350 points to use.
4. This one has a resist. I think the max is 23. 22 Cold is 126 points used.
so 500-150-126 is 224 point left. You can add 2 of these: LRC 20, LMC 8, Mana increase 8.

Have fun saving the best pieces to get the most benefit from each Luck Suit Piece.
Next topic is What properties does a Mage suit need.

Once you make a bunch of pieces you find it is not that complicated.

Good Luck crafting!

Do Not start Imbuing yet! Put on your accessories!

Use PoF before imbuing!

For a Tamer Mage that is only going to say All Kill when the bunny pops you really just need luck.
But maybe you want to use your suit for other things.

What Properties does a Mage suit need:

A Mage needs things associated with spell casting which requires Mana.

Since you also use the jewelry slots you will not be able to get more than 720 skill points.
A basic Mage Tamer template is the only thing I can show with these suits.
You have 6 armor pieces to create.

We are spoiled, we want:

100LRC
40LMC
A Mana pool
Mana Regeneration
Faster casting/recovery

That's 5 pieces with 20 LRC and 8 LMC. You have 1 piece to put other things on.
Some players use all six pieces 7LMC and 7LMC on each piece. Saves resources.

You can use leftover points to add Mana.

So a piece can look like:
1681100992036.png 1681101643590.png 1681101723620.png 1681101861243.png

Before you start imbuing you need to put on your accessories and then build around those!

Non Luck Accessories:

Sash/Surcoat/Tunic slot

1681102546771.png

Two good choices for your mage, which do you choose.

Both have 2 MR.
Lt sash or blackthorn equivalent has 5 intel and 10LRC
Which means 10 less LMR on the suit.
Artio's Vine Wrap has FCR 1 and Mana increase.

Apron/Belt Slot:

1681102819703.png

Tangle will probably be your best choice since it has 10 Intel.
Other 2 are special purpose.

Non Craftable Luck Accessories:

Boots and earring slot:

1681103187806.png
Notice the LMC5 and LRC 10 on the boots!
Your crafted parts need less stats!

Neck Head and Quiver/Cloak Slots:
These are from events.
1681103308269.png

Talisman Slot:
From Cleanup points.
1681103449852.png

Robe Slot:
The original Robe or Blackthorn version.
1681103626788.png

Chest Slot: Easier to get to 100LRC with this!
1681106364066.png

Last but not least! Jewelry:

Here you have some Luck Choices:

1681103860690.png

Most players like the Novo Bleue set.

It has 400 Luck and gives 2/6 casting.

Since I run Protection on all my mages, I prefer the Primal and Compassions eye.

Together they have 450 Luck, +20 all resists, 10 Intel, +10 Mana, 20SDI, LRC20.

These items can be found in the game currently.

Other Jewels. You can find 150 Luck jewels that will add to 300 Luck in these slots.
But you want some other benefit, Like FC/FCR SDI MR etc.

It is very difficult to find non Antique Jewels with good benefits so you may have to drop to 100 on each.

What I do is leave the Compassions on for the awesome benefits and find a Bracelet.

These are the best Non Antique I could find with FCR and SDI:

1681104245251.png 1681104484266.png 1681104965010.png

Put on your accessories and you are ready to Imbue your armor!

Weapon and Shield:

To get the most luck you use a 1 hand sword and a shield.

You want both to be as blank as Possible so you can put Spell Channeling and FC on both.

You will find making items out of metal or wood will be extremely more difficult to get 150 Luck than leather items.

1681105288145.png 1681105425875.png

Wooden shields can get HPR on them when Enhanced for 190 Luck.

Different amounts of Luck you can achieve:

With just the items you can craft you can make a suit like this:
I used my really old Gardener which I added Taming skills to and Magery so he can hold spare pets.

1681105829417.png

Adding things currently in the game.
Which are the Luck set of Compassion and Primal
Minax's Sandals
Lucky Charm
Serpent Skin Quiver
Luck Robe
Yukio's Earring

He now Looks like this:
1681106198332.png

Now we move to the Maximum Luck currently available.

1681106552204.png

Using Crafted 190 Luck items and
These Luck Items:
Head Mark Of Wildfire
Talisman Lucky Charm
Earrings Yukio's
Robe Blackthorn or the Old version
Neck Mempo
Cloak Serpent Skin Quiver
Ring Compassions Eye
Bracelet Bracelet of Primal Consumption
Shoes Minax Sandals
Non Luck items Tangle and Artio's sash.

Ok so what if you want to make a Mage that can kill stuff with spells.

I use protection so I do not need FC.

I removed the sword and added a 50%SDI book
I removed the Primal Bracelet and put the 100 Luck Bracelet I found.
I removed the sleeves and put on Cuffs of the Archmage.

And we have:
1681106885814.png

I think her and her pet could kill things in the Dynamic Dungeon Events!

So, have fun Making a Luck Suit for your Tamer Mage that will get plenty of eggs.

Bonus post, I decided to make a Dex Luck suit for my Ninja Tiger Swordsman that runs in Tiger mode.

You now use Studded Leather, Bone , or Hide armor.

Very difficult to make with a template that has over 720 skill points.
He needs Dex or Stamina on almost every item.
Also more difficult to make one that can use a Higher damage slower weapon.
A fast low damage Katana or Bokuto build would be easer.

You can reforge the same way and hope you get 150 Luck and HCI or DCI on pieces to help you get those at max.
Or, if you have the Solaria's Earrings with HCI you can use that to help. I do not have those so I used Britches of warding which helps with Stamina and HCI.

Or you can use Animated of Fortune and hope you get only the 150 Luck and +Dex. (not common)

I started with the nice Bracelet I found and the event Talisman. Then built around those.

All the armor pieces are crafted Bone or Studded armor Reforged with Luck except the legs.
I used Britches of Warding for the HCI, Stamina and Resists. Resists would be crap without them.

A reforged Luck Shield.

I am going to use swords without Luck so I can get all 3 Leeches and a slayer.

The reforged pieces were either done with Fortune and Haste to get Dex bonus and Luck.

I found that if you only choose fortune you get pieces with Luck and HCI or DCI, which I was able to use to get those at max.

It took a lot of mixing and matching to get these stats.

I can swing a 3.5 Sec weapon at max speed. That is all the popular Swordsmanship weapons.
(He does not need the % SSI town Buff to be at Max Speed.) Uses his bandages at Max Speed also.

Since the Tiger was my #7 Dex suit needer, low on the totem pole, he had a couple of Artifact pieces and the rest crafted. He had 70s resists and Mace and shield.
His Damage is 1 point higher with his non luck suit on.

So with a lot of luck with reforging/vendor searching and planning you can make a near perfect Dex Luck Suit as long as you do not need skill points on the suit.

The extra Luck pieces are:
Yukios, 140 Luck robe, Minax's Sandals, Serpent Skin Quiver.

Rubbing the Statue gives this guy 3270 Luck!

Could Also use this suit with an Archer with certain bows and be at max speed. Or Put SSI on the desired Bow.

Here is what he looks like:

1681108203897.png

Anyone else have a Dex Luck suit they would like to share the Stat screen and weapons they can use?

Some decent pieces I was able to make/find:
