Craftable soulstone fragment?

Heya,

A friend of mine said he had read on some thread that there would coming craftable 1 charge soulstone fragments. Problem is that atleast I can't find any information about this.

Anyone heard of this, or better someone knows where Devs have said something like that? I don't have closed beta account so can't go try on Retribution...

It is crafted with glassblowing.

It will require void essence (which drops from an irksome critter in SA) and one of the decorative crystals from the shimmering effusion peerless (which is first broken down into fragments).

(also note that there is a separate forum for SA where questions like this should probably be asked so that people who don't want spoilers can more easily avoid them)
