(Question) Craftable Soulforge

Hi,

Is the soulforge located at the Community Crafters Hall in Kijustsu Anei Village the craftable type that vendors are selling for 250K-500k? If so, what type of wood and ingots is it made from?

It is craftable and it takes

150 wood
150 ingots
1 relic fragment

I have a extra fragment if you need one. Carpenters make them and it is under the Anvil and forge section.
