Is 10 Mil per blade a good rate for these?

If they could receive the exceptional bonus for damage they would be pretty sweet but 10m seems like a lot for what is essentially an outdated weapon. You are better off paying Lord Necron Craft to make you a 100% Energy Rune blade with the mods you want or buying a lower level legendary weapon for the same amount.

I really don't have any suggestions. If you don't specifically need a rune blade, just a swords weapon with those mods, it might increase your chances for finding something.

You could make something like this. On Atlantic they go between 5-10m. I could make you some if you supplied all the runics and materials.. or for gold. I would recommend if you got x4 to get them as different slayer weapons. You might even want different elemental damage such as Fire or Cold based on your Slayer choice and their innate weaknesses. I prefer the Bladed Staff as my 2H Swordsmanship weapon of choice for its speed and Armor Ignore - special move.
