Craftable Altar?

A guildmate asked me if I could craft an altar for him. He says it comes in a deed form. I can't find anything on a craftable altar and was wondering if anyone has heard of such a thing?

Listed in the Carpentry menu as an 'abattoir', pentagram or arcane circle.

Make sure your buddy knows the Exodus Summoning Altar only has a 1-week lifespan.

Could also be refering to some of the non craftable deeded furniture (Shadow, crystal, etc, etc...) There are definetely some altars in there if my memories serve me right.
