Craftable 50 resist hat?

Is there a craftable 50 resist hat? Or would you have to use a runic and hope for all resists and no mods to hit 50? I'm asking for the highest blessable resist hat basically.

Hats only come with basic GM resists. Runics don't work on clothing.

I think a tailor with 100 arms lore on Siege can make a hat with:

24 (base) + 15 (exceptional bonus) + 8 (arms lore bonus) = 47 resist points

The hat will have 0 physical resist unless some of the random bonuses are applied to it.

I burned through probably 1,000 hats before trying to get something truly bless worthy. Isn't worth the time.
