[Fishing] crab meat

Just a returning vet with a question. How do you make crab meat? I have caught them, but I cannot cut up with dagger like I do fish.

I don't beleive you can cut up the regular or named crabs only the special ones such as stone crabs.

The named ones you can use for fish monger quests while the regular ones, not named, you can use as turn ins at the Library for points.
