To craft a 100% elemental bokuto, I reforge with an Oak runic saw, 4 charges, correct?
But to get the same bokuto with 70% hit lightning, I use an Ash runic instead, right?
For pvp, do I need to whetstone the Damage Increase off? If so, what goes in its place?
My current target would be a 100% cold bokuto w/ 50 hit lower defense, 30 hit lower attack, 50 damage increase, 70 hit lightning, and ???? Hit harm? Hit paralyze?
