Vesper

The Republic of Vesper or the Northern Republic is ruled by a council of 5 seats, representing the voices of all territories and sectors of the Republic.

These 5 seats are as follows:

-Chancellor of the Republic: This seat is the publicly elected head of the council
-Governor of Vesper: This publicly elected seat will represent the republic territory of Vesper and hold the governor of Vesper title.
-Governor of Minoc: This publicly elected seat will represent the republic territory of Minoc and hold the governor of Minoc title.
-Head of the Vesper Trading Company: This appointed seat will represent the largest trading company in the north and act as the voice for all commercial guilds and factions of the republic.
-Head of Security: This appointed seat will be given to a member of Vesper Redguard Command and represent all military forces and security of the republic.

The council of the Republic will hold regular meetings to discuss important matters regarding the republic and will take votes on vital decisions.
