His Majesty King Blackthorn congratulates the newly elected governors of Britannia and of the independent city of Trinsic. His Majesty invites the governors and all interested citizens to the first meeting of the Council. It will be held in the Council Room at Castle Blackthorn on Friday, June 28, 2013, at 8 p.m. CDT.
