Devs, I know this is not the most important bug to fix, however Its beginning to piss me off. Ever since "Trade-able House Deeds" were implemented, back in June/July 07, the roof has never shown on any lot.

Its beginning to annoy me when I build my condos and my other homes.

So please, could you please consider fixing this bug soon?

And for all the people who will read this post and begin there rampage, I know its not the most important bug no need to argue!

Yea, it is annoying. It's like I would more likely prefer to have the Old Bug tha new one.


Just a reminder

The old bug caused the Roof View being somewhat greyed out and unselectable, the only way was when changing the Roof Pattern

The new bug is caused by unknown reasons, just THE ROOF NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL!

I wonder if the roof problem is related to the idea of more than 2 stories to a building, which I believe they mentioned on the blog in the earlier days.

I am a "look at the building with roof to see if I like" type person, so I know how annoying it is.

I found out that many people. (Hmm. Cherri's house in EAL) have just removed walls.

That was my guess, until Niki posted. She said, They weren't going to fix it until the new graphics were implemented. Otherwise they would have to fix it again. That post is not very old if you want to search it.

When EA Land first opened. Polly said walls were nice if you hoped to have a roof in the future. I found that hilarious at the time. My new houses do not have walls except for where they are needed for items, ie: stove, toilet, etc..

Well you are right. It is a bug that needs to be fixed. For now, you could always just put tile on the second floor to simulate a roof... lol

The roof bug is annoying, I agree, but so is the lighting bug and the clothing switcheroo bug, we've had them all since the very first big update in TC3, although the roof one was fixed there, not sure why we got it back in EAL.

I know they are busy, but I too would like to see these bugs fixed, or at least some word on when/if these bugs will be taken care of.

Nice to know I made someone laugh


Until it starts raining in EA-Land, I'm going to continue to play with my walls down and not fret too much about not having a roof.
