I have pretty good luck killing her and I don't mind that she kills me or my healer sometimes but having to wait almost an hour for her to respawn is too long. There is NO other boss that takes that long to respawn, in one hour you could do kill navery at least 4 times, slasher 3-4 times, key and kill almost any peerless a few times.
