Someone in Global Chat on GL this morning had an idea I kinda liked, and she (I forget the name but it sounded female) said she didn't have a Stratics account.
Have the Slim the Fence NPC (who had a previous connection with the Exodus/city chaos/Blackthorn/random stuff storyline) exchange your unwanted Exodus keys for ones you want in some way.
When I think about it, there's lots of ways to manage it....Straight exchange, random exchange, choice of key, combine with minor gold sink, only altar (least-needed key) for a random other key, etc.
