Cooking Gump

Has anyone else had problems with "ghost" cooking gumps?

Plenty of times, where the cooking tool (in my cases, a skillet) gets destroyed, the gump comes back up afterwards. Of course, if you try and craft another item, the gump just disappears.

Verrrry strange. And so far, I have NOT had this happen with alchemy or tinkering.

Anyone else experience this?
