control when bonded...

sorry, i havent touched my tamer in a few years and have a few questions. in this new template i am making, i checked the control calculator and it says 101 taming and 110 lore i will have 95% at controling a cu sidhe. now, when its bonded doesnt that percentage change, and if so by how much? also, if this is true would i be able to lower my lore or taming, say to 101 taming, and 100 lore [which would yield like 80% control]? and bonding raise that control chance?

hehe, sorry this is an extrememly cramped template, and just looking for some help, and spare skill points!...please!

Bonding doesn't change your control chance at all.
